Sigil is a free, open source, multi-platform ebook editor that uses Qt (and QtWebEngine). It is designed to edit books in ePub format (both ePub 2 and ePub 3).
$ winget install --id Sigil-Ebook.Sigil --exact --version 2.8.0Run in Command Prompt, PowerShell, or Windows Terminal. Prompts for any agreements.
Sigil uses EXE (Inno Setup). The silent install switches are /VERYSILENT /SUPPRESSMSGBOXES /NORESTART.
