WhatsApp AI Pro is a paid subscription product. Plans are USD 49 per month or USD 499 per year and renew automatically until cancelled. A 7-day free trial is available and requires no payment method, and a one-time 7-day pass is offered at USD 19. All purchases are made on the vendor website at https://waaipro.com/pricing by a signed-in user; the installer and the application do not take payment details. Billing is handled by Stripe: the buyer is signed in, and reviews the plan, the price and the renewal terms on Stripe's hosted checkout page, where the transaction is explicitly confirmed before any charge is made. A subscription can be cancelled at any time from the Stripe customer portal, and a 7-day money-back guarantee applies.
WhatsApp AI Pro adds AI auto-reply to a WhatsApp number you already own. It connects by QR code, exactly like WhatsApp Web, so there is no WhatsApp Business API, no Meta business verification, and no number migration.
The app runs on your own PC using your existing WhatsApp Web session. Conversations and contacts stay on that machine rather than being copied into a vendor's cloud inbox.
It answers routine customer messages automatically, grounded in your own documents: upload PDFs or text files as a knowledge base so replies come from your real prices and policies. It detects and replies in more than 90 languages in both directions. It transcribes WhatsApp voice notes to text, translates them, and answers them like any text message.
Three working modes are available: fully automatic, draft-for-approval where the AI writes and a person reviews and sends, and observe-only. You can manage multiple WhatsApp accounts from one app, and bring your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google API key instead of the built-in models.
What it deliberately does not do: it is not a cold-outreach or bulk-marketing tool, it does not provide a website chat widget, it does not take WhatsApp voice calls, and it does not sync live inventory or process payments inside the chat.
