It labels shortcuts from bundled keymaps for Visual Studio, VS Code, ReSharper, Chrome, Kdenlive and NCrunch, supports your own YAML keymaps, and can be anchored to the top or bottom, left or right of any monitor.

This is a community-maintained fork of Code52's Carnac. It installs per user and doesn't need administrator rights.
