wslc-compose runs docker compose files on Microsoft's WSL containers (wslc).

wslc has no Compose support or Docker-compatible API yet, so this tool implements the commonly used

subset of docker compose (up, down, ps, logs, build, exec, run, ...) and drives wslc.exe directly.
