Goopie Launcher loads the Goopie web UI (goopie.xyz) and bridges native functionality through a local loopback HTTP server. It browses and launches installed ReXGlue-based recompilation projects, offers an offline mode with an embedded copy of the Goopie website, and integrates features such as Discord Rich Presence and Steam shortcut management.
