Arm GNU Toolchain is a community supported pre-built GNU compiler toolchain for Arm based CPUs.
$ winget install --id Arm.ArmGnuToolchain --exact --version 12.2.MPACBTI-Rel1Run in Command Prompt, PowerShell, or Windows Terminal. Prompts for any agreements.
Arm GNU Toolchain uses EXE (NSIS). The silent install switches are /S.
